Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their expanding Real Estate Practice in Tampa . This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level attorney to take on meaningful responsibility, work with a diverse client base, and gain hands-on experience in sophisticated real estate transactions.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Florida , in good standing
• 2-6 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions
• Experience representing developers , owners , investors , and lenders in financing, development, and investment matters preferred
• Demonstrated experience with loans , joint ventures , entity documents , and leases
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently on client matters and collaboratively within a team environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior practical business experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions , including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and leasing
• Draft , review , and negotiate transactional documents , including purchase agreements, financing documents, joint venture agreements, and leases
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on structuring complex real estate investments and developments
• Collaborate with partners and other team members to manage client matters efficiently
• Participate in all stages of transaction execution , from initial diligence to closing

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary : Expected annual salary range of $160,000-$200,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
• Eligibility for profit-sharing and a discretionary bonus
