2nd Shift Stacker OperatorGeorgia-Pacific is looking for a 2nd shift Stacker Operators for our Lebanon, TN corrugated sheet feeder plant!Salary: $21.75 per hour + $1.00 after 90-day probationary period. 2nd shift differential is $2.25 per hour. You will have the ability to increase your compensation based on skills and contribution to the overall performance of the plant.Shift: Only candidates who are flexible to be assigned to work any shift will be considered. Candidates must be flexible and available to work first, second, or third shift as needed. This will include overtime, holidays, and weekends. Currently hiring for 2nd shift. Orientation will be on 1st shift (8:00am-4:00pm), and you will be assigned your permanent 2nd shift after your orientation. Lebanon operates on a points-based attendance program.Shift Hours:1st shift: Monday – Friday 6:00am-2:00pm; weekends and overtime as needed2nd shift: Monday – Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm; weekends and overtime as needed3rd shift: Monday – Friday 10:00pm-6:00am; weekends and overtime as neededThis role is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team dedicated to safety at our Lebanon, TN sheet feeder plant! We offer opportunities for advancement as those openings occur.What You Will Do In Your Role:Operate automated stacker equipment to defined standards and product specification targetsMonitor and/or entry into computer control systemsTroubleshoot equipment to optimize productionPerform basic asset care duties to include routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work areaWork as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goalsOperate and/or work around mobile equipmentMaintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipmentPerform tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud/noisy, and industrial, high-volume environmentThe Experience You Will Bring:Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, or military environment OR completion of post high school education in a manufacturing/industrial centered programWhat Will Put You Ahead:Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart devicePrevious experience working in a corrugated box plant
