Extrusion Machine Operator (Blown Film) - 12-Hour Rotating Shift - Sutton, MA - $23-$28/hr - Contract-to-Hire

Responsibilities - Set up, operate, and monitor blown film extrusion equipment to meet production and quality standards
- Load raw materials and adjust machine settings such as temperature, pressure, and speed
- Perform routine quality inspections and document production data
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as they arise
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while communicating with production and maintenance teams
Qualifications Required - Previous manufacturing experience required; blown film extrusion or plastics manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot production equipment
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and work a rotating schedule including weekends and every other Thursday
Preferred - Prior blown film extrusion or plastics manufacturing experience
- Experience reading and completing production documentation and written work instructions
