Overview

Fulcrum Reliability Systems is seeking an organized and technically proficient ACC / BIM 360 Project Administrator to support our project teams through effective management of digital construction documentation and workflows within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360 .

This role will serve as a key resource for maintaining project document control, configuring project environments, and supporting internal teams and external stakeholders in the use of ACC/BIM 360 platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technologically capable, and comfortable working in fast-paced construction and mission-critical project environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain project environments within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360
• Configure and manage project structures including folders, permissions, and user access
• Maintain document control procedures and ensure proper version management of drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Upload, organize, and distribute project documentation including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and reports
• Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and external partners regarding document updates and access
• Monitor document workflows to ensure compliance with company and project standards
• Support drawing revision management and ensure teams are working from the most current documents
• Generate reports and dashboards from ACC/BIM 360 as required by project leadership
• Provide onboarding support and training for project team members using ACC/BIM 360
• Assist project teams with digital workflow improvements and platform best practices
• Support administrative functions related to project coordination and documentation tracking

• Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, or other construction management platforms
• Experience supporting large-scale or mission-critical projects
• Experience with document control procedures and digital project coordination
• Experience in construction, engineering, or data center environments ( preferred )
